Thank you for helping us through the process from beginning to end. We were not prepared for our son's death and the whole family appreciated all the support from the entire staff. All the time you spent with our family in explaining each step helped us make decisions and feel in control of a very hard situation. Everyone we were in contact with was caring, supporting, respectful and patient. On behalf of the whole family I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for helping us make the visitation and funeral so memorable. I don't know of anyway it could have been any better. Also, thank you for the beautiful bagpipes to help honor him. I knew that there were not a lot of dry eyes at that point. That was so special to us all.
