I don't know where to start. Thank you so much for being who you are. You make the difficult time much easier because of your humor, good advice and great service. Thank you so much for suggesting the Worship Center, letting us use the songs for the wake service and making the service go smoothly. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The singer was excellent!

On behalf of the whole family I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for helping us make the visitation and funeral so memorable. I don't know of anyway it could have been any better. Also, thank you for the beautiful bagpipes to help honor him. I knew that there were not a lot of dry eyes at that point. That was so special to us all. You made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier by being there for us like you were. We will be forever grateful for your kindness and support. You made everything go so amazingly!

Matt, My personal thanks to you and the entire staff that handled our Mom’s recent passing. From the first call, through the planning process and the final committal, the Cutler-O’Neill team provided courteous and professional services to our family. In a conversation with Bill Cutler today, it was reiterated that the Council Bluffs staff has the utmost of our respect for their caring and commitment. Please thank everyone again on our behalf.
